Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
I ordered flowers 3 days in advance for a special occasion. They were delivered late at night instead of the morning and they didn't look as good as the picture online.
Had a great experience with Floom! Even though there was an issue with their delivery side, they were immediately emailing me and offering ways to help which I really appreciated.
I paid for a delivery for the 14th. I wasn't happy that the delivery was late on the 15th.

The Delivery Service was not very good - delivery was two days over. However, the Customer Service was vey good.
Absolutely gorgeous flowers! They were fresh and beautifully arranged. So much better in terms of quality at a reasonable price in comparison to well known online florists. Definitely will be using again!
