Had a great experience with Floom! Even though there was an issue with their delivery side, they were immediately emailing me and offering ways to help which I really appreciated.

I paid for a delivery for the 14th. I wasn't happy that the delivery was late on the 15th.

Delivered a day late. On the 15th Feb. clearly missed the entire point of the delivery.

I had sent the flowers to my daughter in London from India for her birthday. Thanks for delivering these to her in time.

Absolutely gorgeous flowers! They were fresh and beautifully arranged. So much better in terms of quality at a reasonable price in comparison to well known online florists. Definitely will be using again!

The flowers ordered vs. what was received were sooo different. I was so disappointed with what I received, it was not even pretty and also some of the flowers were not fresh.

Beautiful bouquet arrived in perfect timing on the correct day...but some rose petals already had brown patches and one flower was detached from its stem unfortunately. I would have liked to see care instructions and perhaps a better container i.e not a water bag that doesn't stabilise itself on surfaces.

It's a scam, do not use this website. I've ordered flowers on Sunday which were never delivered. Called 5 times so far. Last time I called, within 30 minutes, they marked my order as delivered, just to close the case but nothing was done about it. My friend is poorly and is at home day and night, so no excuse there. Very sad that she never got flowers for Christmas. Customer service has done nothing to resolve the issue. I'm now filling in a complaint with my credit card company.

Floom really honours their delivery times, and the array of bouquets available really beats the competition out there. You know what you’re getting with Floom and you can order with peace of mind, the recipient isn’t getting bad flowers or flowers that don’t match the description unlike some other services I’ve tried. I love this service and everyone that has received a Floom I’ve gifted for them loves it too. They’ve set a high bar.

I had no contact from delivery driver or Floom and still have not received any flowers. I’ve emailed twice and had no response, supposed to be same day delivery?? Bad service
