Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.
The floweres that were delivered did not look as good as the flowers in the photos. I wasn't pleased with the flowers that were delivered.

I have been trying to get in touch with your team for 3 day. my order for a friend’s birthday has still not been deliverdd and now it is passed his birthday. This is a very very terrible experience and i am expecting a full refund + a delivery to my friend of the flowers I ordered. I tried to call, chat, send emails and no replies do far. It’s unacceptable.

It was my mothers anniversary and I needed to get her flowers quickly, and these flowers from floom were beautiful and I ordered at 10:30 in the morning and they were delivered by 2 PM. I am so impressed by how quickly they delivered these flowers and my mother loved them.

I am writing from the UK and we ordered from Floom for a very important client. We had notification the delivery had arrived but our client did not receive them. After many ignored messages for a week,I have finally received an email issuing a refund. Poor customer service. Such a shame because the photos looked lovely.
