Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
The flowers were beautiful; the communication and therefore customer service were poor. The website was not accurately updated with delivery info and the customer service agents were completely helpless and without any tools or information to help.

We are sorry your order was delivered outside of the stated delivery window we give of 10am to 6pm. Our partner florists are excellent artists that work hard to create & make beautiful arrangements for all customers. They do operate independently and often have a busy schedule, it is therefore not always possible to give real time updates at each moment but we do strive for an accurate status.

Terrible service. Paid for same day delivery. Didn't seem to happen. Web site lists as "on the way" 12 hours after placing order. Customer service seems clueless. Chat useless, no one answers the phone. Oh well, only flowers for a seriously ill person - maybe you just don't care. Anyway, I'd urge avoiding this service completely. Premium prices for hopless service.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from abroad and it was very easy. The flowers and the note both were as expected. Fast delivery too. I am very happy with this service
