Description

A round tide bouquet arranged in a hatbox

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Sent an entirely different bunch to what I ordered & now not replying to my complaint

I've used Floom now for over 2 years and its honestly my go to for flower deliveries. They have a great selection, quick service, and everything is so beautiful!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers - the bouquet felt a little stringy and not as lush as it looked in the photograph. I know sometimes different flowers have to be used because of the season etc - but this felt a lot less good quality than I expected from the picture.

Beautiful bouquet. Some flowers that were out of season were switched out, but they delivered very quickly and the bouquet was beautiful.

The flower was nice, but I had only one request about the delivery (to deliver it after 3 pm) which nobody really cared about as the bouquet arrived before 3 pm.

Thanks Ferenc for your feedback about Floom! We really appreciate hearing from our customers. Unfortunately it does state during the checkout process that the delivery window is between 10-6pm. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery requests like the one you requested. I hope you can understand that we do the best we can, but are not always able to accommodate for a variety of factors you would not have awareness to. Great service but would appreciate more updates on delivery and engagement with courier. My main concern was flowers would be left outside apartment for extended period of time, and asked Floom to put in a safe place. Not knowing the delivery location, a photo or message from courier to confirm they were in a safe place would have been great.

I had a very good experience with Floom. They had a wonderful selection of beautiful flowers, the website was easy to navigate, and purchasing was a breeze. They delivered the bouquet as promised and my daughter was thrilled with how lovely they were. Would definitely use this company again.
