I've used Floom now for over 2 years and its honestly my go to for flower deliveries. They have a great selection, quick service, and everything is so beautiful!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers - the bouquet felt a little stringy and not as lush as it looked in the photograph. I know sometimes different flowers have to be used because of the season etc - but this felt a lot less good quality than I expected from the picture.

Had issues with with Interflora, Floom was the first I found with same day delivery. Intuitive and fast buying exp and recipient was delighted

Beautiful bouquet. Some flowers that were out of season were switched out, but they delivered very quickly and the bouquet was beautiful.

The flower was nice, but I had only one request about the delivery (to deliver it after 3 pm) which nobody really cared about as the bouquet arrived before 3 pm.

Great service but would appreciate more updates on delivery and engagement with courier. My main concern was flowers would be left outside apartment for extended period of time, and asked Floom to put in a safe place. Not knowing the delivery location, a photo or message from courier to confirm they were in a safe place would have been great.

I had a very good experience with Floom. They had a wonderful selection of beautiful flowers, the website was easy to navigate, and purchasing was a breeze. They delivered the bouquet as promised and my daughter was thrilled with how lovely they were. Would definitely use this company again.

Warning: do not risk using this service. I ordered flowers for a special occasion that were never delivered. I reached out to Floom customer service twice and they’ve ignored me. I’m having to dispute the scam with my credit card.

PROS: Floom has a wide selection of flowers from a variety of florists all over the UK. This makes selecting the right bouquet fairly easy, if not overwhelming. The online ordering experience is good and easy. CONS: The vendor (Olympia Flowers) swapped out the bouquet I ordered (hatbox arrangement) for a cheaper bouquet. Very disappointed. This negatively impacted my experience of your service. Also, the delivery service partner has a decent online interface; however, the communication is spotty. I needed to reschedule the delivery date which I was able to do but I did not receive any confirmation of the rescheduled delivery date, so I was never sure it was actually rescheduled. I emailed several times. No response from Floom. That said, when I looked at my order again, I saw that the delivery date had indeed been changed. Thankfully. But most upsetting of all was that I paid for a more expensive bouquet (Hatbox arrangement) but it got swapped out for a cheaper bouquet (by OLYMPIA FLOWERS). I hope that Floom does some quality checks on the vendors. I was greatly disappointed by this.

Communication was fantastic, the flowers came fast, and they look incredible!

I've used Floom a few times in the past and have always been very happy with the result. This last purchase was very disappointing however. A very modest bouquet for £100 and the flowers were well past their best on arrival.

I have been using Floom for a while and really loved the service - recommended it to everyone. But recently the flowers I order don’t come as the picture and always in much poorer arrangements. I only complained once a few days ago and am still waiting for a response. It’s a genius service but recently the execution has been disappointing

The person who delivered the flowers didn’t bring them to the door. He left them on the floor at the entrance of the building .

I ordered a same day delivery on Valentines Day and it arrived within 1 hour! I couldn't believe how great the service was and my friend loved the surprise. Blooming fantastic!

I’ve ordered a bouquet of Roses and Peonies specifically because it had peonies. They are my friend’s favourite, but when they got delivered for her birthday there were only roses with something else. I had not been notified, which led to utter dissapointment. I would’ve chosen different flowers had I been given the chance. So won’t use their service again.
