First and last time using Floom. Delivery did not arrive on time and was not notified that it would not arrive on time. As a result, recipient did not receive gift and won’t receive it for another week due to schedule (which is why I selected the original date in the first place).

I made an order for a breakfast past as a gift for a client. It was a very easy process, I was kept informed of every step and it was delivered exactly on time. Which is commendable nowadays. The client was very pleased with the gift. Thank you Floom.
The gift basket I ordered from the US was delivered by a "very smartly dressed driver" (per the recipient) on the day I requested and was exactly as advertised. Floom kept me apprised of my order delivery with timely email notifications.
I would have given 5 star but my order arrived late however I had a refund for the delivery fee- a very good service and communication was good with customer service thanks
My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is now Sunday and still no delivery has been made.
Sending from the states, this was a great option. Everything was delivered on time and the way that it was supposed to. People who got the gifts loved it.
