Unfortunately, Floom did not come through for me. Late on the day my order was to be delivered to the recipient, I received an email telling me that a local florist could not be found to carry out the order. It was too late for me to find an alternative. A refund was offered and no option for delivery on another day. It was very disappointing.

The flowers delivered were nothing - even remotely - like what I what saw in the photo on the wesbite. At the very least, I should receive a partial refund.

I am extremely upset by the service. Paid for same day delivery of flowers, they did not arrive… day 3 still not arrived… they have taken £55 from account. I sent several messages again yesterday - no reply. This was a very dear friends birthday, they have let me down, taken money and not responded…. Please please do not use this website to order flowers !!!

Amazing flowers, they look and smell great. The girlfriend absolutely loved them. Really quick delivery which helped as I’m currently away on deployment and it’s nice to use a company which can deliver on such short notice.
