Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
Excellent bouquet that lasted ages and so different from normal offerings. Thank you

I sent some flowers (“Pastel”, in a vase) to my daughter and she absolutely loved them, thank you!! Everything went according to plan, she received them same day even though I only placed the order at lunchtime!

Im so happy I discovered floom! I have a favourite florist I use for my friends in london and I always wanted to send my mum her flowers but my mum was too far away from bimba to deliver. I randomly came across floom on Google looking for local florists and was super happy to see my favourite florist on there. Floom is very clever.

Ordered flowers from Floom and the delivery was on time but the flowers were not as described! Certainly smaller, scanty arrangement! Very disappointed.
