Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
It was easy to order. The delivery was as scheduled and done safely. The flowers were stunning per the recipient ! Thank you again !

Advertised delivery times that it couldnt' deliver on. Nice flowers, but then Floom is not providing the flowers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're so sorry that there was a delay with your order.
I've taken a look into the incident and I can see that we informed you of the one day delay in advance and offered you the option of cancelling your order. When you agreed to go ahead with delivery for the next day, we refunded your delivery fee as a form of apology for the late arrival.
We never want to disappoint our customers and regrettably sometimes in between your order being received, prepared and delivered, things can sometimes be delayed as our florists are artisans working with stock they source each morning from the flower market.
We hope that you might give us another chance at some point in the future and we are happy to hear that the flowers were of good quality when they arrived!

Such a great service. I managed to order a last minute beautiful bouquet of flowers and had them sent the same day! They arrived exactly how the photo showed. Will use them again and highly recommend to others!

Good service, delivery on time regardless of short notice. Flowers were also good quality and message handwritten in card. Can't fault at all

Was skeptical at first but gave Floom a try and was so delighted when flowers actually arrived the next day, which was Christmas Eve. The person also loved the flowers and thought they were better than M&S bouquets.
