Description

Highly stylish Purple and red bouquet, filled with long stemmed red roses, large headed purple chrysanthemums, button chrysanthemums, fluffy purple stock and a mixture of lush green foliage. • Aqua packed, bouquet delivered in water • Bouquet shown in picture is superior size • Next day delivery available Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. We may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Great choice for me with ordering from Sydney for a London delivery of flowers which my daughter said were beautiful. Same day delivery as organised so I was very happy.

First of all; My apologies for not writing this review sooner, but it’s taking me some time (i.e. a few days to gather proof). I’m disappointed with the Sansa bouquet that was delivered. It was missing a number of flowers within the bunch, i.e. Freesia, Astrantia and the Eucalyptus. Also, I paid for the Superior Sansa bouquet, but it seems it was the original, that was sent and delivered to my wife. Very disappointing.

Nice flowers, but awful delivery comms: despite calling Floom on the day, the delivery window couldn't be narrowed from 'between 10am to 6pm'. Received a 'delivered' notification at 5:55pm, but the flowers almost an hour later. The notification was obviously a lie, intended to mark the delivery as being on time. Tbh I don't really care about the lateness (I wouldn't have mentioned this if they hadn't asked for feedback) but the awful communication and the weird lie mean I'll not use Floom again.
