I ordered six red roses for Valentine's Day. Five of the roses were nice, one was old, damaged and had a very short stem (pictures provided below).

Flowers never arrived. Customer service couldnā€™t ā€œget in contact with the floristā€. Whatever that means. Doesnā€™t seem like a properly run company. It was only after this happened that I looked through the reviews. Donā€™t be fooled by the 4 stars. Every other review was the same complaint; the flowers never came. And some that came DAYS late came dead looking. Donā€™t waste your money.
