Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
Everything went great. Two bouquets were delivered on the day they were ordered, even though it was a Saturday.
Ordered at 10AM received at 6:30PM Poor bouquet actually thought there was more flowers in there than decoration. Too expensive for 50 pounds

I've sent flowers three times now all over the UK and they've always been fresh, beautiful and loved. I would always use FLOOM for my UK orders.
The flowers were beautiful, my girlfriend loved them :)
Peonies received were all white (website advertised as coloured), all buds fully open and only lasted 2 days, despite price of £35. Never again.

EVA a handtied bouquet of beautiful textural flowers, in a pink & white colour palette, using a combination of Rose's, Lisianthus, Ginesta and astilbe. Composition & Care The flowers will be selected & curated by one of our skilful florist in our Chobham store. Once the hand tie is completed we will wrap the bouquet using the most environmentally friendly wrapping options on the market suitable for the bouquet. All of our bouquets are finished off with biodegradable ribbon & a carefully selected card with your hand written message. All of our arrangements are freshly made each day at our Chobham store, every design is bespokely made by our wonderful florist team using the freshest, seasonal flowers & foliage which means that substitutions within our bouquets will sometimes have to be made where necessary. Please note as with all natural products there may be slight variances in colour. After removing all packaging, re cut all the stems to allow them to open up to water. Place in a clean vase with fresh water. keep away from Direct Sunlight, Central Heating & Drafts. Change the water in the Vase & re-cut the stems every 2/3 days. Fresh water will help your flowers last longer!
