Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
I asked before ordering if it can be delivered after 11 o'clock to my gf work and I was told yes. It was then delivered by a delivery company, they sent a text to her and delivered it early when she wasn't at work, and to the wrong place completely. Floom does not have a personal touch delivery but it's delivered/dumlped by DPD. The flowers were nice I am told but did not look worth the money I paid, especially when the delivery went wrong in every possible way

It was disappointing as I sent it as a gift; there was no card added, and also no vase and that was how they were supposed to be delivered. So the recipient didn't know who they were from and had to find a vase...

The team have checked the details of the arrangement and found it was created and sent out to their recipe of high standards and quality. However, we do ask contact is made directly to the Customer Support team with any photographs to support the issues raised, we are unable to action any further resolution at this time without them.

Just terrible service and customer support. Flowers were delivered after the promised 6pm, meaning the recipient did not receive them until the next day, so the occasion was completely missed. Very disappointing. Customer service refunded the delivery fee, but I wish I had just never placed the order in the first place.

Unfortunately our delivery promise was impacted by London rush hour traffic leading to delivery an hour outside of the specified time frame.

This is my second time using Floom to deliver flowers to my mum located in the UK (I am in Chicago, USA). I am always pleasantly surprised at how easy Floom makes this process, from choosing a design/bouquet, to the ease/relief of a smooth delivery. Choose from a size with 6 roses, a dozen or two dozen roses, and make the gift nothing but perfect with a thoughtful message, handwritten by our team on one of our flower cards. This bouquet is available for delivery between 10th - 15th February. If ordered for a delivery outside of these dates, we'll swap the red roses for a seasonal substitute.
