Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
It was a super easy process and the wreath was perfect. Very full and arrived same day.

Flowers were replaced as the one I ordered weren’t available. While I understand that, they didn’t offer to cancel the order or discount or any kind of apology, just an email confronting me with this information. As a result, I didn’t like the replacement and would prefer this order to be cancelled.

I recently purchased two sets of flowers to surprise a loved one who is currently in England, and I am delighted with both choices. The Charlotte Bouquet and the Moana Collection has brought me many good points. Appreciate the customer service. Excellent product as well.

Unfortunately, the flowers I initially requested wasn't available, they don't get in contact beforehand to confirm whether you wish to proceed with a substitute or cancel the order altogether. They only get in contact about the substitute when the order was delivered. They may say that the value of the substitute is the same as the original but for me it was the aesthetic value of it. I know what I wanted, I ordered what I wanted but got something else entirely with no warning which is why I give it a single star. Delivery was faster than expected but I selected a date for specific reasons just for it to be delivered a day earlier. That time could have been used to message or call me to confirm.

Excellent service. Replies to my email queries were very prompt and helpful. They called me (overseas) to tell me 2 flowers would be replaced due to lack of stock as it was quite a big order, and asked me what I’d like instead- very thoughtful. Flowers arrived late in the day but within the stated time. The recipient was extremely happy with them. I definitely recommend Floom to everyone and will certainly use them again.
