Flowers were replaced as the one I ordered weren’t available. While I understand that, they didn’t offer to cancel the order or discount or any kind of apology, just an email confronting me with this information. As a result, I didn’t like the replacement and would prefer this order to be cancelled.

I recently purchased two sets of flowers to surprise a loved one who is currently in England, and I am delighted with both choices. The Charlotte Bouquet and the Moana Collection has brought me many good points. Appreciate the customer service. Excellent product as well.

Unfortunately, the flowers I initially requested wasn't available, they don't get in contact beforehand to confirm whether you wish to proceed with a substitute or cancel the order altogether. They only get in contact about the substitute when the order was delivered. They may say that the value of the substitute is the same as the original but for me it was the aesthetic value of it. I know what I wanted, I ordered what I wanted but got something else entirely with no warning which is why I give it a single star. Delivery was faster than expected but I selected a date for specific reasons just for it to be delivered a day earlier. That time could have been used to message or call me to confirm.

I have used Floom several times in the past few years and as always the service is professional, reliable and the floral arrangements never dissaponit!! Great Place to use!

Excellent service. Replies to my email queries were very prompt and helpful. They called me (overseas) to tell me 2 flowers would be replaced due to lack of stock as it was quite a big order, and asked me what I’d like instead- very thoughtful. Flowers arrived late in the day but within the stated time. The recipient was extremely happy with them. I definitely recommend Floom to everyone and will certainly use them again.

Good, some issues with supplier deliveries, but sav was good problem solver.

Excellent service and communication. I could rewrite my gift message and that was immediately communicated to the flowers store so it could be corrected in time, even being a "same-day delivery" on a saturday! The flowers were exactly what was pictured on the website, the delivery was made hand in hand. I bought it around 09:30 and it was delivered with the extra gifts in the afternoon around 15:30! My friends were amazed and very happy with the surprise! Thank you!

The flowers were updated without extra charge since they didn’t have the type of roses from the pics. Although i loved the new roses the bouquet didn’t have any of the accent flowers on the pic making it just a bouquet of roses. They were pretty but not what I thought my loved one was going to get.
