Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
Based off the photo I chose I thought I’d get a nicer bouquet of flowers. What arrived wasn’t what I wanted at all.

I have ordered flowers from Floom several times and they have been consistently beautiful.
I tried to talk with a live person about Making a mistake on the address and I still haven’t heard back. This was a waste of money. I have no idea where the flowers went the address I put didn’t exist and I received no call or text to fix this.
Wonderful flowers, delivered safely and on time. The only thing I would suggest to improve the service is to send a photo to the person who has bought them, of the finished bouquet. It's nice to see the finished results, especially if you are not going to see them yourself. Thank you.
Sent flowers to my best friend and they were GORGEOUS! Will definitely use again in the future.
The received bouquet looked nothing like the pictures.

My wife received the flowers one day after her birthday and the flowers were partly wilted and brown (they were white flowers). Not happy with this service! I doubt I’’ll ever use floom again! My wife threw out the brown flowers and rebased the few good ones.
