I was confirmed my flowers would be delivered at the 9th between 9 to 6 , it wasnt and made the whole purchase a waste. This was for a birthday and sent to the work address! I dont know where the flowers are and made me look like an idiot who forgot to buy a gift and taking my money for it. This whole thing is a huge scam!

Hi, I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of Floom. I was a first time user but definitely won’t be the last. I had place d an order through another service which sent me an email at the last second that delivery would not be available after all on the weekend. Floom came through for me. The flowers were delivered to my bosses wedding reception at the perfect time. Both bride and groom were deeply appreciative and loved the roses. I ordered the roses last minute because I was unable to make it to the wedding. It is good to know that your company keeps in mind how much time is of essence even though they may not know the reason behind it. That is the mark of true professionalism. Thank you so much.N.K.
