Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

I sent my friends flowers for her birthday and she loved the surprise but was very disappointed that although the flowers cost £45, there were only 4 flowers in the bouquet... she was shocked when she found out what I paid. Her daughter went in the garden and added flowers. It was sad for me after paying so much and wanting it to be special for her.

It was 7pm on May 13th, the day before American Mother’s Day and also my mother’s birthday - and I realized I hadn’t got my act together and bought my mum anything. Enter “Floom” who were practically the only floral website that took last minute orders. Their website had a beautiful and artisanal range to choose from, from approx £45 through to £300. The high end options were so beautiful I was tempted to go all out but instead settled on a £60 bouquet that was very classy. Floom delivered on time as promised and my mum was thrilled with her gift, they lit up her face and her kitchen where she ended up placing them. Thank you Floom I have added you to my favorite bookmarks :)

The main ingredient to this bouquet is beautifully scented Genistra - a seasonal flower blooming in late winter and early spring. Amongst the Genistra sit Icelandic poppies, Ranunculus daisies, Campanula, Anthurium and grass. This is one of our most fragrant bouquets. Picture shows size Superior. Arranged with the highest care, wrapped neatly in a peach tissue paper and delivered in a biodegradable ‘’foil’’ aqua pack that will keep them fresh for the journey. This bouquet comes in 2 sizes and an option with vase.
