Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
The plant I selected was beautiful and was delivered with care.

I ordered a bouquet delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday on the online store and the bouquet doesn’t look like the one ordered and the description doesn’t match. The saddest part is that I couldn’t fix it because it was delivered directly to her address. I’m not even talking that it was a day later than scheduled. The dissatisfaction is over beyond. The support agreed to refund me 50% and on my explanation why it’s not working for me they don’t respond anymore.

Hello Halyna, We are so sorry for the disappointing delivery experience. We reviewed your complaint and agreed the arrangement was about half the size of the pictured arrangement on the site. Our florist partner and our team agreed to refund 50% of the price paid to make up for the size disparity. I ordered flowers for a friend before 1pm for next day delivery. The next day after 5pm they call the recipient but she has already left work. Delivered following day around 1-2pm. Toooooo late! She had one half day to enjoy at work. For this price I expected better service.
