Description

Standard- Your order will be arranged approximately as shown on our website .

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

I ordered white tulips same day delivery, within the time frame for same day delivery. It was confirmed. It didn’t arrive until 24 hours later and the tulips were pink instead of white. Complete waste of time

Hello! We are so sorry that on this occasion that a mix up occurred during the delivery process. Our florist partner was in contact with you to resolve this issue and rectify the situation. The arrangement ordered does show a mixture of pink & white tulips, and was not shown as an all white arrangement. We are sorry you felt this was not quite as expected. The peonies I ordered looked nothing like the image of the sample - the bouquet was much skimpier and not as full as it was marketed. Very expensive for something that would have been possible to get at Trader Joe’s

Disappointing experience. Did not get the same day delivery that I paid for, did not get the bouquet I ordered because I ran out, did not get a comparable bouquet delivered. I was sending this to a friend to cheer them up and after $80, this was barely accomplished at all. I won’t be using Floom again.

I ordered and paid for same day delivery. But the bouquet I ordered was delivered 2.5 days later. My two requests for a shipping refund were ignored. Also: The arrangement was small and looked nothing like the photo.

This was a horrible experience, not from Floom but from the flower shop. They not only lied and said the flowers were delivered on my wife's birthday, they decided the next day to deliver and make the flower arrangement larger for the inconvenience, however, although quite pretty the arrangement was quite small and looked like a 30.00 value, not 120.00.
