Clean your vase to preventĀ bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every fewĀ days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up whenĀ needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripeningĀ fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mouldĀ (Botrytis).
I paid $235 for a birthday delivery in NYC, the bouquet can best be described as paltry!! Surely at that price there could have been more flowers!!

The flowers that were sent to my friend were beautiful, but not the ones I ordered. Floor customer service quickly gave me a credit, but it wasn't a great experience, as they were red and purple vs. the yellow and white that I ordered.

The flowers were very pretty but were delivered a day early, which wasn't ideal as it was meant to be a birthday surprise. But customer service was very responsive and professional.
