Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Flowers were delivered and left outside on the street, where they were subsequently taken because we were not notified. I had to argue back and forth with customer service, submit a credit card dispute and threaten legal action in order to get a refund. Absolutely terrible service, I would never use this company again.

Flowers not delivered. Customer service is a joke. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund since the company was giving me the runaround.

Quick turnaround after ordering, &lovely selection of options within my time frame.

I made an order from Ukraine, very convenient and comfortable service. In a short time I chose what I needed and made an order. The bouquet was delivered quickly. I advise

I really like the service but sometimes I find it a bit difficult to filter by the exact day I want to send my flowers

Flowers were just like the photo. Next-day delivery was great. Live chat on website was polite and patient and helpful. Make sure if you want a vase, that you don’t order the ones with photo of flowers wrapped in paper! I like that local florists are used to fill orders.
