Very disappointed with your service. Delivery was supposed to be by 7pm. Received after 9pm and the Intened recipient had already gone

Had to call to find out where flowers were. Size and presentation of flowers very poor for the price.

I've used Dawson's flowers for yrs but my experience using Floom has been poor. I purchased flowers to be delivered on a weekend three days in advance and there is still no delivery. I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions but my attempts garnered no responses.

Delivery was an issue. Received a notification email it was delivered when it wasn't. Customer support was limited and they didn't help much. I ended up finding the florist myself and ringing them. Delivery was quite late (around 645pm) which took away from the surprise and the occasion. Spent most of the day stressing it was delivered to a different address or not at all. If I hadn't received a notification email it would have been not as bad.

These flowers were delivered on time much to the delight of my wife who had just returned home after seven days in hospital.

This site saved my valentine day. The quick delivery was so swift. Most sites would have let me down . And oh my girl friend said the flower 🌹 is amazing
