Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
I live in America and was looking for a local delivery service in London. Floom delivered on time and to my specifications. Will definitely uswe their services again!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they are now week old and they still look fresh. Could not be happier with this florist, will definitely be ordering again.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service provided.
The delivery was attempted for you but unfortunately, the address provided was a business address and upon delivery, we found that no one was in the office and the office was empty and shut. There was no name for the recipient, we tried to call the number provided but there was no answer. Could not access office to leave at reception.
We have tried to discuss this with you over email several times and get this sorted out without success.

Usually excellent, the one of the last deliveries was not to the level I expected. The bouquet was gorgeous but they withered in 4 days (while usually it takes a couple of weeks)
