Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
The flowers were as promised and the delivery was timely
Good flowers - but missed booking slot and no explanation or come back and delivery charge was not refunded: poor experience

Fabulous choice of sendable bouquets, fast, reliable delivery, and bouquet received looked very like one I ordered. This isn't the case with every florist. Happy to recommend.
The flowers I ordered were for a special occasion - the first of my off-spring to get engaged! I selected a stunning, “different” bouquet, with wild flowers and grasses, just like the countryside where the happy couple got engaged. The flowers were perfect! Just like the photograph and they arrived promptly. Thank you! I will definitely use your services again!
