I have requested the delivery to be done on 18.07 - and yet not delivered! no close customer support. after two days no real action/ update. so disappointing. you should be already aware that delivering flowers on time is so important - it is part of the occasion. it is already late to send the flowers - we have missed the right time for the occasion.

I used Floom as a last minute alternative on mothers day. I ordered flowers for next day delivery which was cancelled the next morning. I received a coupon for this purchase which I used to purchase another bouquet, now for same day delivery. This was also cancelled within an hour or so. I then had to purchase a third bouquet which finally went through. Whilst this bouquet was delivered, and looked beautiful, the flowers wilted within a day or two. This was especially disappointing given I had paid a premium for these flowers (compared to if I had just gone to a florist). I could accept the premium, for the convenience, if the flowers had not wilted. Overall, a great concept but my experience was unfortunately quite poor.

The 3rd flowers were delivered - however, these flowers were wilted. I would recommend contacting the Customer Services Team on the following email: support@floom.com. 6 Red Roses Handtied

Beautifully selected 6 red roses, handtied and finished with seasonal foliage and gypsophila. Hand wrapped and tied with cellophane and ribbon.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Everything went smoothly and the recipient was very pleased with how they looked. Good experience.
