Let Them Know You’re Thinking of Them with a Gorgeous Bouquet Flowers

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

The flowers are great. I just wish the "10:00-18:00" delivery actually happened in that time frame, not later. In fact, I ordered 2 days in advance, so having the delivery earlier in the day would be nice. On the other hand, I understand 8 of March is a very busy day.

I'm a big fan of Floom. Great choice of florists and same day delivery if you need it. This time I was disappointed as I went to see the recipient the next day and the colour scheme I'd selected (all green and white named "elegance" in the bouquet description) was not followed and the effect was much less beautiful in execution than it had been in the photo I'd picked.

I ordered flowers for the hotel Reception. The courier didn't even call the person to inform him that the flowers were left for him, so the flowers have been standing uncollected for the second day.. I had to call and look for them myself.. Not a good experience...

Our partner florists do not typically call recipients unless there are issues at the time of delivery. As your order was for a hotel reception with instructions to "Leave at reception," the delivery was completed as per your specified instructions. In such cases, the duty of care transfers to the reception team upon their acceptance of the delivery for a guest at their establishment.
