Ficus elastica, commonly known as the Rubber Plant, is a popular indoor plant with large, glossy, dark green leaves. It has a sturdy, upright growth habit and can grow up to 6-10 feet tall indoors. Care Requirements: Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate some direct sunlight. Watering: Water when the top of the soil is dry, ensuring good drainage to avoid root rot. Temperature: Thrives in temperatures between 60°F-75°F (16°C-24°C). Humidity: Prefers moderate humidity but can adapt to average indoor conditions. The Rubber Plant is relatively low-maintenance, adding a bold touch to any room. It’s toxic to pets if ingested, so it should be kept out of their reach.
