Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Terrible, took money from my account before delivery then didn't deliver and said there would be a two day delay. Racket, will refer to consumer protection authority.

Flowers were delivered on time; the bouquet seemed a little smaller than on your site though, and the vase in which it was delivered, wasn’t exactly the one on the photograph i saw on your site. Other than that the experience was good overall.

The flowers were beautiful but arrived late which means that my sister got her flowers the day after her graduation. I would have given five stars if the delivery wasn’t late.

The flowers looked great on the website. The actual flowers are nothing like what they look like on the website. What a waste of money!!! ... Would be nice if Floom vetted the vendors using the website

The delivery was delayed by over an hour and a half on the latest proposed time. The handwriting on the card was almost illegible And the exact flowers advertised were not delivered. Disappointing.
