Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.
Disappointing experience. Was informed the delivery wouldnât be made at 5.30pm on the day it was meant to be delivered, which meant I didnât have time to look into alternative options.

My daughter turned 25 and she is living in London far from us in Elora, Ontario, Canada. I wanted to ensure she felt celebrated so I ordered her flowers with the option of some Rose Proseco! What a treat! The smooth delivery and her reception of the product was easily done! The flowers were stunning! The Proseco was greatly enjoyed! Thanks for helping this momma celebrate her daughter!
Never got delivered. Unhelpful customer service. Waste of time.

Very good service, next day delivery, they made sure the recipient would be in, beautifulflowers
So disappointed in the service I tried to complain that the flowers that were delivered are all a totally different type of flower and many less flowers than the ones in the image but was told my photo was not good enough to lodge a complaint. In spite of the photo very clearly showing the issue. The flowers were a gift so I canât ask the gift receiver to take detailed photos of the flowers!
I understand valentine’s is the biggest day of the year, but fact is, your website failed, I got an error message instead of confirmation, and hence had no choice but to use another website. A couple of hours later, I get a confirmation from Floom by email. I then ask Floom to cancel the order but simply get the reply that I ordered and hence it stands as is. How can an error message equate to an order?
