Description

Luxurious mix of seasonal lilac blooms Vase not included.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Great flowers and delivered on time. Good selection of flowers, too. Highly recommended.

The courrier delivered the bouquet 1 week earlier. Besides, the recipient was disappointed with the quality of the "luxury" bouquet. Partial refund was made, but I would never ever reorder from Floom.

i heard the wreath was beautiful. but nobody called my daughter to tell her when it wud be delivered to her mother in law ( who is handicapped) which i REQUESTED so she cud be aware of delivery time

 We thank you for taking the time to review your order with Floom!
 
Your Floom order was sent via a courier service-they do not offer a telephone call prior to delivery in the UK- this is not a service any third party courier provides nor any partner florist prior to a delivery being made- all requests for delivery instructions are taken into account where possible but are as a request. We do state at the time of placing orders we have a delivery window of between 10am - 6pm, therefore a delivery specific time cannot be given or requested.
 We do hope your recipient loves their thoughtful gift & we thank you for choosing Floom!

We needed to change the delivery address, but the automated bot did not provide useful information and no one answered the phone number provided despite multiple attempts. So in the end our very expensive flowers were delivered to the wrong person.

Hi there and thanks so much for getting in touch! We generally do not allow address changes within 48 hours of delivery due to the many many moving parts of flower delivery. If the address change had been sent in before that point, it absolutely would have been picked up by our wonderful team! As it stands we do ask customers to triple-check addresses because an address change can cause all kinds of complications that florists can not handle. Kind regards, Floom

This flower arrangement is not remotely resembled to the one that was shown on the website. The flowers are partially “dried” and “dead”

We liaise with florists often to make sure that our customer are getting the freshest, most beautiful arrangements possible but sometimes due to one reason or another, this isn't always possible. In this particular image, it looks like there's possible some guard petals left on the stems that need to be removed!
