Description

This beautiful hand tied boquet translates tradtion into a modern style. One doxen perfect pink roses nestle into a nest of pink gypsophillia and surrounded with a collar of rose gold palm leaves. Gift wrapped in water to ensure freshness and placed in a blush pink presentation box.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Would of given higher review but I ordered a certain flower in a arraignment of flowers and they didn't put bird of paradise in it , which I was mainly ordering for that special flower as it was for my daughter in law for a special occasion ….

The only website that I could find that could make a same day delivery for mother's day in Bolton which this year was on a Sunday. Seamless order process. And super execution of timely same day delivery. Saved the day for mum! And me!

Placed an order to get same day delivery. I was called 3 hours later to be told it wasn’t possible and not attempt to find a solution expect to take delivery the next day! Equally no attempt to make good the situation, basically it is what it is attitude! Will not buy again from here…really poor mentality towards service.

Hello Neel, We are truly disappointed to read your review of Floom. Your order was a very unique design, unfortunately our florist was not able to provide this exact product on the same day you requested but you were offered a delivery the very next day, which was declined by you. We did contact you as soon as we knew of the issue which was 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing the order. In this instance we were unable to offer any replacement but a full refund was issued. We thank you for your feedback!

Very unhappy with delivery item was delivered smelling strongly of some sort of chemical out of delivery drivers boot. Etched a mark in my wooden breakfast bar. Then I was told by the florist I should clean the vase before placing it and there was no spillage in boot of delivery driver. Basically told I was a liar I am now £99 out of pocket the smell was that strong I had to discard the flowers as I have a baby and it wasn't healthy. I am still waiting to speak to a manager which I have not been contacted by. Very upset with the service as this is where I always come to place orders for flowers. I have ordered from this website alot and have never had an issue before. I am very upset
