Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

An excellent service, I ordered for same-day delivery after hearing my brother got engaged and they arrived in the afternoon the same day. they even took into account the fact that the flowers needed to be delivered towards the end of the day.
