Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

I ordered a same day bouquet. It was delivered on time however, the bouquet was not the same colours that were described. I ordered all whites/greens but it was delviered with whites and red.

The ordering staff was very friendly, and the flowers were lovely. The only catch was that the same-day delivery came very late, and the delivery person did not wait for the door to be answered, instead choosing to place the flowers in a safe, but out of the way location.

There were many options to choose from and the website was easy to use. I was able to arrange a birthday delivery for my London based daughter from my home in the US quickly and easily. Flowers were delivered on time and were lovely.

I live in the States and wanted to send my daughter who lives in London a birthday bouquet of flowers. The Floom website was easy to navigate and order the day before her birthday. The flowers arrived on time and in beautiful condition. My only issue is that the flowers in the online photo differed from what was actually delivered, but my daughter loved them anyways. Thank you for making her day!
