Really lovely bouquets and efficiently ordered/delivered
Very good selection of bouquets. I appreciate a lot the options of deliver today/tomorrow. I like that there is a possibility to add a card or an add-on.
Not value for money. Spent nearly 100gbp on 12 long stem roses and what was delivered looked like it had been picked up from a garage on the way. Garage that only had one set of roses left. Unfortunately....not impressed

up to standard and communication are well received
Shop online picked out a bouquet then it wasn't in stock they sent something else that I had no clue what it would be the price never changed I don't feel it was equivalent to what I originally ordered and nobody seems to want to do anything about it never had no trouble with Flume before

Checked I was happy with order change. Arrived on time. Recipient delighted.
Floom delivered the selection on time and the arrangement was just what I ordered
The flowers were overpriced and did not match the overly glamorous descriptions and pictures. The product quality fell short of expectations based on how it was advertised.
