First and last time using Floom. Delivery did not arrive on time and was not notified that it would not arrive on time. As a result, recipient did not receive gift and won’t receive it for another week due to schedule (which is why I selected the original date in the first place).

I made an order for a breakfast past as a gift for a client. It was a very easy process, I was kept informed of every step and it was delivered exactly on time. Which is commendable nowadays. The client was very pleased with the gift. Thank you Floom.

The gift basket I ordered from the US was delivered by a "very smartly dressed driver" (per the recipient) on the day I requested and was exactly as advertised. Floom kept me apprised of my order delivery with timely email notifications.

I would have given 5 star but my order arrived late however I had a refund for the delivery fee- a very good service and communication was good with customer service thanks

My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is now Sunday and still no delivery has been made.

Sending from the states, this was a great option. Everything was delivered on time and the way that it was supposed to. People who got the gifts loved it.

I ordered a delivery for my parents anniversary on 14 Jul, paying for delivery on 19 Jul. My parents have yet to receive the order as if 21 Jul. Blaming the hot weather in the delayed delivery but no offer of compensation etc.

Excellent service. I will be using it again, especially when needing to send flowers/hamper across the Pond to the UK

I came across FLOOM when trying to find a little birthday gift to send to a relative in London. I was delighted that vendors are organized by Post Code, and I was immediately directed to a select number of options, arranged by price. This was an amazingly easy experience for an out-of-country buyer. I will use Floom again!

The hamper was supposed to be delivered to Castle Leod but my relative staying there never received it and the castle staff have looked everywhere for it. Very disappointed in my purchase.

Very disappointed with the delivery as it is not yet received and the birthday is passed and ordered in advance and paid a lot for the gift…. I think it needs to be looked into and get compensated. It still not received as of today

I ordered a hamper from the U.S. for a friend who is currently ill in London and unable to return home, and it truly made her day to receive such a beautiful package! The delivery was delayed but it is understandable due to current circumstances.

Was very disappointed when I saw what was sent was not fully what I had ordered. Rang customer service a number of times and they never answered. Even left a message for them to call me back and they so far haven't.

My delivery was 2 days late and the contents had smashed, leaving jam all over the other items.
