Same day delivey of some beautiful flowers. Excellent communication, as well when the driver arrived and the intercom didn't work to enter the building. A quick phone call via the shop and it was all sorted. Thanks so much.

I bought flowers for my uncle as he was nearing the end. I live overseas, so having this service through floom is amazing. I ordered same day delivery and they arrived as promised. They looked even more beautiful than in the website photos. Very happy with the service. One note of improvement for floom. I chose not to write a message, and this meant that the flowers did not say who they were from. My relatives were a little confused. I thought that it would still have some card with the names of the senders. Perhaps there was an option on the webform, but i didn’t see it.

floom have a lovely variety of unique bouquets that stand out. I had a small problem with the delivery on this occassion but it was promptly sorted out and the florist even threw in a box of complimentary chocolates
