Extremely disappointed that having ordered on the 14th February and the delivery being confirmed as the 15th, I am still awaiting a proof of delivery as they were never received. It's day 8 and nothing back. No proof of delivery and no action suggested to sort this out

Very disappointed with Floom. I placed a birthday bouquet order for my niece in London and was charged accordingly for the order and I received a confirmation email that the delivery will be completed on the requested date. A few hours later I received an email from Liza saying that the order is being canceled because their florist partner will be closed for the latter part of that week and a refund is being issued. I had to scramble to locate another florist in London to deliver the flowers on my niece's birthday. This florist (Debbie Western Flowers) did an amazing job.

Flowers good but delivered on Tuesday - when I had requested Wednesday. Not good.

Ordered in advance. Delivered on time, exactly as the photo shown on the website. Great value and great service.

Ordered flowers on the Friday morning and they were at the destination by the afternoon! Really impressed with the quality of the flowers too. All in all, a fantastic experience, and certainly a service I would use again.

I was late with a birthday gift and found floom while searching online the night before the birthday. I ordered beautiful flowers for my Aunt in London, from the comfort of my home in Ireland and she awoke to a delivery on the morning of her birthday. It was so effortless and meant so much to her. The service was easy to use with very quick delivery, less than 2hrs (albeit on a Thursday afternoon). Everything came beautifully presented and in great condition.

They misspelled cake (made it cave) thus wishing my sister that her CAVE GET DESTROYED… making my innocent birthday wish to -again- my SISTER, incredibly sexual. They also didn’t sign my name on the card at all. Which given that I signed it with ‘your best gay sibling and his homosexual life partner.’ Could be considered anti-gay sentiment. Overall incredibly hurt and disappointed by the service. Won’t ever be using or recommending again.

I ordered some flowers for my partner and they arrived within an hour. Loads of choice and supporting small businesses. I love it!

The website, was very easy to use, with a wide range of flowers both in terms of color, flower types and cost points. Ordering flowers from Canada to our children in London, I really appreciated the email confirming delivery. Great work and keep it up!!

great platform to look at all available options. would be better if we were able to have a comparison page of various items to compare them as there are too many of them

Order wasn’t delivered to intended recipient even though recipient was home. Was unable to get a refund as item is a perishable good.
