My flowers were not delivered on Valentine's Day, nor were they delivered at all. Incredibly disappointed, would not use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Very disappointed. I bought the flowers to be delivered for my friend's birthday over a week before it was supposed to be delivered. On the day of the delivery, they contacted me saying they can't deliver today and I have 2 options, to cancel the order or get it delivered another day. I was very upset as my friend's birthday was today and not some other day. I ended up canceling the order and getting the flowers from another online shop that was able to deliver on the same day!

I bought these flowers as a gift for two good friends who have just had a baby. They arrived just hours after I made the order and they were delighted with them! They sent photos and stated multiple times that they were the most stunning bouquet they'd ever received! Very happy with the experience.

I loved Floom for many reasons. First of all, they work with local businesses, which is very important to me. Second, the selection of flowers is impressive - there are many styles, types, and sizes of bouquets - there is definitely something for every taste and budget. Third, the delivery was on time. Ordered flowers very late in the day for next day delivery - they arrived on time and looked really nice. Great for when you leave it late and need a gift sent quickly!

They failed to deliver on the requested day, then ignored my emails, did not communicate, ignored requests to cancel, then said they delivered (but there was nothing there). They failed at literally every step. It's been days, haven't heard anything from support.

Terrible service. Ordered flowers for a 50th Birthday and they were cancelled by the florist. Floom failed to let me know the order had been cancelled so I could make alternate arrangements, and I only found out by contacting the florist directly to see if they had been delivered (as I’d had no updates from floom)!! I then had to ring customer services to check if my refund was processed seeing as my order was cancelled, which it wasn’t!!!

Great service and very nice flowers. Would have been good to include a sachet of plant food to help longevity. Roses didn't open up fully, which is a shame.

I ordered these flowers from Australia, for my auntie who lives in Isle of dogs to receive them for her birthday. I was so happy with the delivery, service and of course the beautiful flowers!

Flowers were not delivered within the time frame specified. I was happy though with the response from the customer service team, which was reasonably timely.

The service itself was decent (online payment, delivery), unfortunately, the flowers were quite disappointing. There was only one peony and the buds didn't open. The flowers died within less than a week and white fungus developed on the eucalyptus. (I had cut the stems and replaced the water after a few days)
