I live in oman and I always use the website to send flowers to my daughter in UK . Easy to order and a range of prices. Always delivers as agreed time

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend, i clearly instructed where to leave them, after days of looking for them and taking ti floom they send a picture of where they left it, it was on the other side of the building, when we got the picture of the flowers (5 days after the delivery date) obviously the flowers werent there anymore

The flowers were great, but the Floom platform was not. Impossible to speak to a human, website was buggy and crashed, and delivery updates were wrong. I’d recommend an independent florist.
