Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
I`m totally unhappy with my experience with this service. I've placed the order for my friend's birthday beforehand. At the end of the day, the flowers were not delivered. But customer service didn't even reach me. So, I was emailing by myself the next day. One week passed, and my friend still didn't receive her flowers. And again, I'm contacting by myself again. Nobody is keeping me updated.

I made an order two weeks before my wife’s birthday. Their florist decided to tell me they don’t have my order the day of the deliver date. Will never order again from fluke I mean Floom. I I’ll go back to using Bouq which is better and cheaper and has never failed me.

The flower's really beautiful and sent it on time for my friend’s birthday. This's very great gift.

Client said there flowers were beautiful and enough for two vases. I tried ordering more client flowers yesterday and couldnt get delivery for any of them near their birthdays in July. Very limited ability to send scheduled deliveries.
