Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Needed for some flowers to arrive on the same day of sending. After checking out several other companies offering "same day" service, only to find out that they actually could not provide this service, I found Floom. And Floom was able to deliver the flowers on the same day! At that point, I didn't even care what the price would be; I was just happy that they could accomplish this! But, the flowers were beautiful and I was told that the delivery person was very friendly and shared in my GF's joy when she received the flowers! So, thank you Floom, you are a business I can trust and recommend!

The Message was not as requested. The Flower arrangement was way smaller than represented on the Web. Over all disappointed.

By far the easiest way to order same-day beautiful bouquets. Was thrilled with the selection and fluidity of ordering through their website.

Flower was delivered so late past 8pm and was never received any advance notice that it was running late. The flower was not near close to the picture shown on the website.

We apologize and it looks like a refund was processed to make up for the delay. In terms of the quality, it does not look like we received any photos of the arrangement.
