Description

Peony perfection – perfect for peony lovers! A beautiful Spring arrangement composed of peonies and other premium seasonal blooms.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Last minute delivery (next day) possible, beautiful flowers and good experience with delivery!

A number of bouquet orders ago, I discovered Floom and I have purchsed from no other company since as I was so impressed and completely satisfied. The bouquets are exactly as pictured. The deliveries are exactly as promised. The website is user-friendly and the prices are comparable if not better. My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.

Received a dying flower and missing flower for my order, along with my delivery instructions being completely ignored. Floom declined to do anything about it. This isn't the first time, it's the 2nd and it's going to be the last as I'm taking my business elsewhere and never recommending this service. Expensive flowers should be 100%alive and looking like the price that was paid. If you can't hold up your end, a complaint with the BBB will filled. And your didn't keep your end.

We have taken a look at your order and from the images sent, all stems were included in your bouquet. We do apologise for the slight damage on the one flower. Ordered flowers for last Saturday delivery but didn't arrive till two days later, monday, which is today. It needed to arrive for her 100th birthday, but arrived after the birthday celebration with the family and friends. This is not acceptable and am very disappointed.
