Ordered flowers for delivery by end of day (6 pm), received an email at 4:45 saying flowers were “delayed” but not explaining when they would be delivered. They offered cancellation for a refund but it was really frustrating because that last minute notification didn’t give me enough time to find another place that could deliver that day and I was trying to get my friend some flowers prior to a big surgery. They also didn’t clarify what “delayed” meant until the following day. Not reliable and I wouldn’t use again.

Terrible experience- flowers not delivered on time and bouquet not what was pictured. Won’t use again.

i may have been very happy with my order had the florist paid attention to the delivery date and not delivered two weeks early! at least they volunteered to deliver it again on the requested date.

I placed an order for flowers for my mother's birthday on Saturday evening and it was delivered the next day around noon. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers and they were as beautiful as they were pictured in the original order.

Zero Stars, please never order from this company. They do not deliver the same day, the flowers are dingy and not worth their labeled prices, and there is no type of customer service accountability.

The florist that helped with our purchase, Vanessa, was so friendly and wonderful and made sure that the succulent garden that I got for my mom looked just splendid! I ordered same day and they took care of it with a quick delivery and a cheerful demeanor. Will definitely look to them for the next flower delivery!
