Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
Most of the flower I ordered from floom were delivered late in the afternoon. The delivery should be at least earlier.
I ordered an $180 bouquet and it looked nothing like the photo. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent on the flowers. They were also delivered a day early but said they were delivered on the correct day.

Perfect experience! I was impressed how they delivered the flowers the very same day, even though it was the day before Valentines Day.
My order was not delivered on time (10:00 am - 6:00PM) on Feb 14th

Beautiful bouquet ! This florist never disappoints. I am also very pleased that it was delivered early, so that it didn't stay too long in the delivery car :)
Helpful service, easy to use website, and the flowers were great!
Flowers were great. Poor communication. Flowers were delivered on Monday night, but confirmation was received the following evening. Also, hidden taxes and fees at the end of checkout were not appreciated.

About: Our One Year Roses are imported directly from Ecuador where they are treated with a proprietary solution and color pigmentation process that transforms them into long-lasting roses that maintain their freshness and biological structure. The roses are treated using a non-toxic and non-allergenic wax formula that is similar to silica. The outcome is that our roses continue to look and feel like real roses - because they are real - with the difference being that they will maintain their integrity and color for up to a year. Maintenance: The only maintenance they require is a light dusting from time to time. Do NOT water the roses. Do NOT remove the roses from their container. Do NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage them. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Keep the arrangement in a room temperature environment.
