Description

Lovely mix of roses, calla lilies, gerberas, lisianthus and peonies just to say "I love you".

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

My order was never delivered and I have reached out multiple times for an update and have not gotten any response.

My friend had no idea who the flowers were from because they forgot to include my name! I didn’t add my name in the body of the text because I didn’t want it to appear twice (the to and by lines were already included prefilled outside the textbox…). The flowers are beautiful though

I recently made an order for a bouquet of light pink peonies to be delivered for my mom's birthday. The flowers are called "dancing peones" by "Flowers You". My mom recieved white flowers and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. If you are Asian you understand receiving white flowers means DEATH. I really cannot believe this happened. I'm so embarrassed and disappointed with this whole experience. I sent an email to Floom Sept 17, 4 days ago and still have not recieved any response. PLEASE HELP WITH MY ORDER. ---------------------- revised Sept 20, 2021 Sent an email Sept 18 to ask for an update and apparently they've been corresponding with me and sending me updates but I never received any of them. (You should check your emailing system to make sure customers are getting your responses because I didn't receive any except for the last one where I sent an email and you responded to it) The person responded was very kind and refunded my money back. But the rating still stands as the experience will never go away and my memory of her birthday will always be this. Do you understand, I sent my mom white flowers on her birthday. I would NEVER do that, no child would ever do that. I'm still very angry. If there's a rating for customer service - you would receive 9/10. (because I tried your chat and that doesn't work either)

At Floom we understand that flowers can mean so much more than just how they look and I'm sorry your light pink peonies were substituted for white ones without your approval. I received an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered 2 hours before they were actually delivered. I ordered “dancing peonies” - i got roses. - would have been maybe worth the time to give me a heads-up. This was the first time I used your company - it’s exactly what I need - i send flowers multiple times a month. After this experience I guess i need to keep looking

You charge a $15 dollar delivery fee and the delivery guy refused to bring the package to my apartment even after I asked him over the phone. Nearly half of the water spilled out of the container. I’d like to be refunded. I’ve ordered from here several times and have been very happy, but will need to reconsider going forward
