Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
Smooth selection process to find local florists and high-quality floral arrangements.
Flowers were gorgeous, kept safe in their box. Ordered internationally and even got the address wrong, putting ‘lane’ instead of ‘road’, but no issues at all, flowers arrived next day, and on Valentine’s Day to boot. Couldn’t ask for more.
I love floom for its quality and simplicity. So tired of the other mail order flower services that look like the cheapest store bought arrangements. They all cost around the same but flume stands out for its quality design and customer service.

The flowers were beautiful when they arrived. Unfortunately, they all wilted within 24 hours. Thankfully, the florist agreed to send a replacement arrangement, which we really appreciate!
2days late after paying extra for next day delivery. And flowers delivered in a box!! Very poor presentation! Will never use Floom again.
