Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.

The flowers were beautiful, and the ordering process was easy. Delivery instructions were followed. Thanks for helping me send someone a gift from afar.
The flowers weren't delivered on the day requested, even though I ordered them a week ahead. Got a call that "the driver messed up". I requested that the bouquet be made fresh for the next day's delivery, and was promised that would be done. My daughter sent a photo and the flowers are droopy. Also, only part of the gift card was printed. I will not be ordering any flowers from you in the future.

I ordered online the night before I wanted a birthday delivery. Flowers arrived on the day I wanted, early in the delivery time frame. They were fresh, ample, with a large vase, just beautiful. I was sent an email at the time they were delivered advising me of the delivery. Will use again.
I read the reviews and everything is true from delivery on time, and the flowers looked almost exactly like the picture unlike other Florists I’ve used in the past. Thank you Floom!
I had an excellent experience! Everything ran so smoothly and on time. I would definitely use Floom again.
