i like flowers. but courier left them outside, under the sun. when i registered my email, i have been provided with code to get free delivery on 75$ order. my order was 79$ and code wasn’t working.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. I order light pink flowers and they sent fuschia and purple. I also ordered Lillie’s that were beautiful and wide open in the pictures but they arrived completely closed and almost looking dead. I was very disappointed.

Floom has an excellent selection. I love that it’s local shops. My order did arrive a little later than the window given, but they were very proactive in providing information. The flowers were really lovely

Placed an order for same day delivery, order did not arrive until the next day. Whoever reached out was not helpful and has yet to connect me to the manager. I was offered a $5 discount for the trouble which is not sufficient.
